One-on-one clients will experience an increase in focus, drive, and determination as well as ability to maintain motivation. These are the key foundational elements behind the successful implementation of an effective (and long-term) fitness routine.

First, you’ll learn to master the ability to show up and put in the work. Following this breakthrough, clients typically experience significant physical and lifestyle improvements shortly after, however, continual training and maintenance is recommended.

What You Get:

  • 30 - 60 minute customized fitness sessions: includes strength training, cardio and conditioning, unilateral/balance training and mindset exercises to increase focus and effectiveness of workouts

  • Suggested self-training regimen

  • Options available for in-person sessions (and equipment use) or virtual sessions

Small Group Coaching

Small Group Coaching

Includes a range of various goal-oriented workouts including functional training, conditioning/cardio & conscious movement. Experience the benefits of 1-on-1 Personal Coaching while sharing the experience with friends and family members. Immerse yourself in an atmosphere of fitness motivation and accountability.

What You Get:

  • 60 minute customized small group workout sessions: including strength training, cardio/conditioning, unilateral/balance training, and mindset training to increase focus and effectiveness of workouts

  • Suggested self-training regimen recommendations

  • Virtual group sessions

This program is for those warriors looking for rapid results and a complete lifestyle/wellness overhaul. Elite clients receive the customized 1-on-1 Coaching program as well as customized Nutrition Coaching. 
We also utilize these targeted transformation techniques, guaranteed to accelerate fat loss and optimize your endurance:

As an Elite member, you will be granted access to the highest level of mind-body sculpting and conditioning. This includes both physical and mental training to strengthen the mind-body connection, implement new thought & habit patterns and elevate to an overall state of peak performance. This program also features customized Nutrition Coaching, to aid in sculpting both
the mind and the muscles. 

For those seeking the most ease of implementation, please inquire about in-home visits.
