This program gives you access to UMAX’s fitness library containing over 100 different workout-training videos. Each video utilizes mind-body techniques to create maximum results in short segments of time.


Members are given the additional feature of the UMAXERCISE Coaching App, so you can track your workouts and chat directly with Coach UMAX via the app messenger. You get 24/7 access to workout completely on your schedule and each video is 10 minutes in length so you never have an excuse to skip a workout again!
