What You Get:
50 minute classes, Monday through Thursday at 7PM (Morning classes available for Seniors)
Types of classes include bootcamp style, strength and conditioning, cardio, H.I.I.T. and much more
Receive real-time feedback during live stream classes
Monthly calendar schedule provided for flexible scheduling
Direct Coach access through email and video chat before and after each class
